Go There™ Pants

As an avid hiker and photographer in Alaska, I think these pants are well worth the money. I love that the "go fly" zipper is separate from the main fly zipper so that my pants stay up when I have to squat down to go. The fabric on the pants is incredible -- it's water and dirt-resistant. I have knelt in the dirt/grass in these pants to do yard work and not had dirty knees when I stood up. All the pockets are deep and spacious. The overall fit is comfortable and flattering/semi-fitted yet stretchy. Please note, these run a bit big: I bought my first pair in size 6 but they were too roomy, and I have to wear a belt to keep them up at my waist rather than ride lower on my hips. I bought a size 4 for my second pair, and it's perfect (I hate wearing belts!) Hey Gnara, PLEASE make a pair in bright pink or at least bright orange -- some of just prefer bright colors in general and some also have a valid need to be seen in the wilderness!

68f. I ordered a size 4 and returned them for a 6. The 4 was probably the right size, but I didn't like the feeling of tightness around my thighs and stretching across the groin, but then, I don't wear leggings and like things looser. I'm happy with the 6 but if they start making them in a shorter length I'll order a 4. The ankle cinch is nice though I think it gives me an "edgy" look that isn't my style. I've been wearing them for local day hikes. They haven't been too warm (temp has been in the 70s). Haven't used the "special feature" yet.

These pants are some of the best hiking pants I’ve ever worn! I wore them backpacking for the first time, and they were comfortable for an 8+ mile hike. They’re really stretchy but also very substantial, obviously high quality. I sat directly on the ground and didn’t worry about rips or snags. The dirt brushed right off of them. In moderate rain, water beaded up on the pants and I stayed dry. I think I need a little practice peeing in them, especially while wearing underwear, but I LOVE the GoFly feature. When you’re not using it, you can’t even tell it’s there. My only note: I’m not sure I agree that these run big. I’m almost always a 4 in pants and shorts, and the 6 in these is the perfect fit. I wouldn’t want them to be any smaller. Overall, I highly recommend these pants for your outdoor adventures and I’ll be getting a couple more pairs!

These pants are top tier quality! They fit me better than most any other outdoor pants I’ve ever had. Note that I typically like the fit of a size 4, but I am a 2 in gnara. They are on the thicker side which is nice for warmth. The phone pocket is key. Loved the synched ankles. The zipper isn’t annoying and it’s surprisingly nice to not have to pull down my pants to pee when I’m out climbing. These pants are dope!

I have just left a review, then realized I'd neglected to mention a fact that astonished my husband and me. I ended up wearing these pants (almost) every single day. They never stayed dirty; I know they got dirt on them, as I saw it with my own eyes. Somehow, an hour later, not a spot of dirt. They also never smelled, kept me dry in the rain, and fit beautifully.
