- All orders over $250 will ship Standard with a signature requirement.
- Merch items shipped separately will incur an additional shipping fee.
- If you are shipping to an address with a P.O. Box, please use your P.O. Box address to ship. All P.O. addresses will automatically ship via USPS or DHL.
- Because we are a small team, we are unable to guarantee any updates or cancelations once an order has been placed. If you need to make a change, or cancel an order you may reach out to hello@gnara.com during business hours and we will do our best to accommodate, but please note changes cannot be guaranteed.
- We cannot reroute any packages once shipped. Please submit a safe address and communicate with your carriers about deliveries. Once the package shows as delivered we are unable to obtain additional information from our partner carriers.
- *LIVSN EcoTrek Overalls purchases will be sold, shipped and handled by LIVSN. They are covered under their Fair Deal Guarantee and return policy. See here for more details. Gnara acts as a 3rd party seller and is not responsible for shipping fees associated with or fulfillment of these products. Lost or Stolen Packages:
At Gnara we hope all our orders are delivered seamlessly and without issue but we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise during transit. Gnara offers optional shipping insurance at checkout. This provides coverage on eligible orders in case your order is lost or stolen during transit. Learn more here. If your order is not covered under shipping protection, we are not liable if it is lost or stolen.
