International Shipping & Returns

International Shipping:

Gnara is thrilled to announce that we've expanded our delivery area to now include Canada šŸ‡ØšŸ‡¦Ā and are working to include even more countries!

  • International shipping label feesĀ are determined based on your shippingĀ address and the shipping methodĀ you select atĀ checkout.Ā 
  • International duties and taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout.
  • Shipments will deliver DDP (delivered duty paid), meaning there will be no unexpected fees upon delivery.Ā 
  • Shipping speed willĀ vary depending on the carrier and method selected at checkout. Please note Gnara is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

At Gnara we hope all our orders are delivered seamlessly and without issue but we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise during transit. Gnara offers optional shipping insurance at checkout. This provides coverage on eligible orders in case your order is lost or stolen during transit. Learn more here. If your order is not covered under shipping protection, we are not liable if it is lost or stolen.

International Returns:

  • International orders are eligible for return only. Direct exchanges are not permitted; however if you'd like to exchange for a different size or color, you can do so by returning your initial order and placing a new order for the correct product.
  • All returns are subject to a return fee dependent on the cost of the return label. The average return and handling fee will be ~$25 USD. Return fees will not exceed $35 USD.
  • Eligible returns mustĀ be requested within 30Ā days of receiving your order. Shipping costs and duties are non-refundable.
  • Gnara is not responsible for any duties or customs associated with returning your item.Ā 
Return Condition:
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unworn, unused in the wild, and with tags attached.
Return Protocol:Ā 
  1. Process your return through the Gnara Return Portal
  2. Print your return label. (If you did not receive one, please contact the Gnara Team)
  3. If possible, please return items in its original packaging including the clear bag provided to ensure the product is protected in transit (and to reduce plastic waste).Ā 
  4. Apply your return label
  5. Seal and return to your nearestĀ FedEx.
  6. Returns will process once they have been received and inspectedĀ by our warehouse team.

GNARAĀ EXCHANGE/ RETURN PORTAL

Additional Considerations:
  • Real humans at our warehouse will need to inspect your return. They will make sure that items still have hang tags attached and are free of dirt stains, grass stains, food stains, animal hair, and anything else. If you wouldnā€™t re-gift your pants to a friend, donā€™t return them to us.Ā 
  • If you return a damaged product, we canā€™t resell it and this directly hurts our ability to stay in business. We reserve the right to adjust return payments if original items are not received in resellable condition.Ā 
Ineligible for return:
  • Merchandise marked Final Sale
  • Items that have already been exchanged
  • Gnara Merch (i.e. Tees, Kulas, Hats, Stickers)
  • Gnara Gift Cards
