How does Gnara GoFly® Technology work?
How does the Gnara GoFly® zipper work?
Our Gnara Go There™ Pants and Shorts are high-performing apparel with a patented GoFly® zipper that allows you to pee with comfort and discretion without removing clothing. In addition to the first traditional zipper that allows you to take your bottoms on and off, a second zipper starts where the first one ends and unzips all the way around to the back. Do I wear underwear?
Gnara products are designed to work with or without underwear. If you choose to wear underwear, just pull it to the side as you would with a one-piece bathing suit. If you choose not to, the patented GoFly® Technology features a protective fabric shield between your skin and the zipper, ensuring the zipper feels like a normal seam in a pair of pants.
Are they comfortable?
Gnara products are expert tested to ensure maximum comfort for any activity. The patented GoFly® design includes a fabric shield between your skin and the zipper, ensuring the zipper feels like a normal seam in a pair of pants and that it never comes in contact with your skin. What activities can I use them for?
All Gnara products are designed to perform in highly technical outdoor activities such as backpacking and rock climbing (products are harness-compatible) AND be comfortable enough for low-key activities like dog walking and picnicking. Featuring a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating, these pants will keep you warm, dry, and scratch-free in a wide range of weather conditions and activities.
How do I clean them?
Machine wash in cold water and tumble dry on low with zippers zipped. Gnara products should not be dry cleaned, bleached or ironed. With proper care, Gnara creates apparel that lasts over time.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What are my shipping options in the U.S.?
We offer No-Rush, Standard, Express and Overnight shipping. Check out our shipping page for more details on our shipping policy.
Do you offer international shipping?
Gnara is thrilled to announce that we've expanded our delivery area to now include Canada, Europe, NZ and Australia and are working to include even more countries!
Shipments will deliver DDP and all shipping fees, duties and taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout. Learn more about our international options here.
AUS/NZ customers can also purchase Gnara via our retail partner Further Faster in NZ.
Can I cancel/update my order?
Once an order is placed, it goes directly to our warehouse & fulfillment partner. If you need to update your order, you can reach out to hello@gnara.com during business hours and we will attempt to make the requested changes. Please note we will do our best but there is no guarantee we will be able to make these updates.
Lost or stolen packages?
We apologize for any inconvenience regarding your package. We first recommend contacting your carrier for the latest updates on the status of your order.
Gnara offers optional shipping insurance at checkout. This provides coverage on eligible orders during transit. In the event your order was lost or stolen and is covered under our shipping protection, please follow the instructions on our shipping claims page.
If your order is not covered under shipping protection, we are not be liable for lost or stolen packages.
What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer free exchanges, and free returns for store credit, in the contiguous U.S. as long as items are unworn, unwashed and tags are intact.
For a refund to your original payment method, a shipping fee will be applied based on the cost of your shipping label. This will be between $7-$12 based on your location.
Eligible returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I return or exchange an order that has already been exchanged?
We are unable to offer multiple exchanges or returns. Exchanges are very costly and as a small business we do not have the capability to absorb an unlimited number of them.
Sizing
I need help finding the right fit!
Consult our size chart and measurement instructions. For Go There™ Pants, the most common fit feedback from early customers and fit testers is that pants run true to size or large, so we recommend sizing down, especially if you are between sizes. For Go There™ Shorts, we find that the fit is true to size .

Do you make sizes with shorter inseams?
We don’t offer shorter inseams yet, but Go There Pants have an ankle cinch that allows wearers to adjust the pant length by cinching and then tucking in the cuff. Go There Pants can also be rolled up and snapped into capris. For more information, check out the photos on the product page and corresponding model heights and sizes in the product description.
Do you make sizes with longer inseams?
We don’t offer longer inseams yet either, but the ability to cinch the pants into joggers or roll them up into capris allows for some additional versatility. For more information, check out the photos on the product page and corresponding model heights and sizes in the product description.
Why don’t you have all colors in every size?
Manufacturers have minimum order quantities for every size and color combination. Being a small company, we cannot guarantee selling enough inventory in less common sizes to meet these minimum requirements. We strive to offer as many sizes and colors as possible without placing our business at risk.
Help us expand our size range and variety by spreading the word about Gnara’s current offerings (especially the smallest and largest sizes) as we grow and work to create a future where the outdoor apparel industry prioritizes accessibility of fit for all shapes and sizes. with a wider range of colors and sizes in the future.
If you’re out of my preferred size or color, when can I expect a restock?
We typically launch new product in the Spring and Fall. If you're searching for a specific size or color that's currently out of stock, keep an eye out for our next season's offerings. Additionally, you can explore our retail partners' inventory to see if they have what you're looking for.
Manufacturing
Where are Gnara Go There™ products made?
Gnara products are patented in Vermont, designed in Colorado, and manufactured across the world. Go There™ Pants and Shorts are made by our partners Quick Feat Garment Production; and are made at their factory in Vietnam.
With more than four decades of experience, Quick Feat is part of the Sustainable Apparel Coalition, which means it has rigorous labor practice certifications and uses high-tech cutting and sewing strategies to minimize fabric and material waste.
Any plans for domestic manufacturing in the future?
Yes! Keep an eye out for a new product drop within the next year, which will be manufactured more locally in the USA.
What if my product is damaged or there is an issue ? Do you have a warranty?

Can I purchase a Gnara Gift Card?
You can purchase a Gnara e-gift card right here! They can be easily scheduled to the recipient or forwarded to you.
If you want to give a Gnara product as a gift but aren’t sure what size or color the recipient would prefer, Gift cards are a great way to reduce the time, money, and carbon footprint that result when multiple returns or exchanges are required.
Can I add a message to my gift order?
We don't yet have the ability to include a personal note in orders, but please consider this a personal thank you note from the Gnara Team for supporting us.
Do you offer a Pro Deal?

Do you offer a discount for Military, First Responders or Frontline Workers?
Yes we do! Please reach out to hello@gnara.com with the subject line "Frontline Discount" and a photocopy of your work ID. We will reply within 1-2 business days with your discount code.
I received a coupon code, how does that work?
When you check out, there will be a field where you can enter your discount code. If your coupon code is proprietary to you, please be considerate and refrain from circulating it. We try to offer discounts when possible, but if they are misused, we won’t be able to offer them to others in the future.
