We know that picking the right size online can be tricky. So we offer free exchanges, and free returns for store credit on eligible product in the contiguous U.S. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags intact. During our Holiday Sale period, please note the return eligibility of your item at time of purchase as this will fluctuate. For a refund to your original payment method, a shipping fee will be applied based on the cost of your shipping label. This will be between $7-$12 based on your location. On Dec. 22, 2023 we will return to our standard 30-day return/exchange window which means you must request a return within 30 days of receiving you order.

We cannot process returns/ exchanges on items that have already been exchanged.

Return Condition:

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unworn, unused in the wild, and with tags attached.

Return Protocol: 

  1. Process your exchange or return through the Gnara Return Portal
  2. Print your return label or wait for return to be processed by the Gnara Team
  3. If possible, please return items in its original packaging including the clear bag provided to ensure the product is protected in transit (and to reduce plastic waste). 
  4. Apply your return label
  5. Seal and return to your nearest USPS
