Please note all orders over $250 will ship Standard with a signature requirement.
If you are shipping to an address with a P.O. Box, please use your P.O. Box address to ship. All P.O. addresses will automatically ship via USPS or DHL
Orders with products shipping from multiple locations will automatically ship using DHL Ground/USPS and will be labeled "Shipping" at checkout.
At Gnara we hope all our orders are delivered seamlessly and without issue but we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise during transit. Gnara offers optional shipping insurance at checkout. This provides coverage on eligible orders in case your order is lost or stolen during transit. Learn more here. If your order is not covered under shipping protection, we are not liable if it is lost or stolen.
We cannot reroute any packages once shipped. Please submit a safe address and communicate with your carriers about deliveries. Once the package shows as delivered we are unable to obtain additional information from our partner carriers or process claims.
International Shipping
- International shipping label fees are determined based on your shipping address and the shipping method you select at checkout.
- International duties and taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout.
- Shipments will deliver DDP (delivered duty paid), meaning there will be no unexpected fees upon delivery.
- Shipping speed will vary depending on the carrier and method selected at checkout. Please note Gnara is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
